Traveling from abroad:

Airport

Flights regularly land at Rotterdam The Hague Airport from major cities in neighbouring countries, operated by various airlines. This airport is only 20 minutes away from Ahoy Rotterdam and Schiphol airport in Amsterdam only 50 minutes (65 kilometres).

Train

Rotterdam offers excellent train connections. The international high speed trains stop here, but intercity trains from all over the Netherlands also call at Rotterdam Central Station.

Rotterdam can be reached easily from France and Belgium with the Thalys high-speed train. The Thalys high-speed train makes Rotterdam just a short trip from Antwerp (30 min), Brussels (1 h 11 min) and Paris (2 h 36 min). The Thalys now runs ten times a day. Travellers from the UK can take the Eurostarto Brussels and transfer to the Thalys there.

The Fyra of NS Hispeed is the comfortable train that travels over the high-speed rail line. This offers the fastest connection between Amsterdam and Rotterdam via Schiphol Airport.


Parking

You can park at the parking area of Ahoy Rotterdam for the amount of € 12.50 per day. At approximately 5 minutes of walking you can park at shopping centre Zuidplein. It’s also possible to park at a Park + Ride area nearby the subway stations Slinge or Capelsebrug and take public transport to Ahoy Rotterdam.

From the direction Amsterdam/The Hague

Follow the A4 direction The Hague. After The Hague please follow the A13 direction Rotterdam and after that the A20 direction Utrecht. On the A20 take the A16 direction Dordrecht/Breda. After the Van Brienenoord bridge, follow the A15 direction Europoort. On the intersection Vaanplein, take the exit Zuidplein/Ahoy. You are now on the Vaanweg. Follow the signs to reach Ahoy Rotterdam.

From the direction Utrecht

On the A20 direction Rotterdam, when reaching the intersection Terbregseplein, take the A16 direction Dordrecht/Breda. After the Van Brienenoord bridge, follow the A15 direction Europoort. On the intersection Vaanplein, take the exit Zuidplein/Ahoy. You are now on the Vaanweg. Follow the signs to reach Ahoy Rotterdam.

From the direction Dordrecht/Breda

On the A16/A15 direction Rotterdam, follow the A15 direction Europoort. On the intersection Vaanplein, take the exit Zuidplein/Ahoy. You are now on the Vaanweg. Follow the signs to reach Ahoy Rotterdam.

From the direction Roosendaal/Zierikzee

At the end of the A29 (intersection Vaanplein), drive on following the direction Zuidplein/Ahoy. You are now on the Vaanweg. Follow the signs to reach Ahoy Rotterdam.


Europort after closing hour:

The social and business character of Europort  carries on into the Rotterdam night.
Many exhibitors and visitors will get together in one of the restaurants and bars on the Wilhelminapier. It is also the place to organize your corporate event in the later hours of the exhibition week.
