EUROMED MANAGEMENT MARITIME FORUM 2010
- Can climate change actions revitalize the shipping markets? -

on Tuesday, 14 September 2010
at the Villa Massalia Hotel
Marseille - France

The Euromed Management Maritime Forum 2010 will focus this year on discovering the future of the shipping markets and will try to give an answer on the question "Is Climate Change a challenge or an excellent incentive to facilitate the renaissance of the shipping and maritime industries?"  This is of vital interest to ship owners/operators, oil and gas companies, ship brokers, key investors in shipping, regulators, port and terminal authorities, charterers, shippers, traders, bankers and shipping entrepreneurs.

The forum will examine the following topics for our industry:

The world economy and trade forecasts

The Euro-Mediterranean cooperation in ports and shipping
The Shipping Markets Outlook - optimism in the air?
The Climate Change Actions - a Lifebuoy for the maritime industries?
Will any of the emissions reduction measures work?
What is really needed to revitalize the shipping Industries?
Ship finance; where will the shipping money come from to fund the recovery?
Agenda for the future

A mix of commercial, political, technical and business hot topics and a mix of all maritime professions will come together to create a free-flowing debate in which all delegates can actively participate, contribute and learn.

Come to Marseille and join the leading French shipowners and representatives of the French maritime cluster together with the leading international representatives of the maritime industry, in a very personal rolling discussion of where the maritime industries are going
.

Discuss and learn whether Climate Change actions are a challenge or an excellent incentive to facilitate the renaissance of the shipping and maritime industries. And  what challenges and opportunities are created and where the smart investments are going next...

If you are interested in ships, ports, money, environment, global trade, and how they match up today and tomorrow, be there.

We look forward to welcoming you to Marseille,
